Schedule Analyst (January 2013 to December 2013) Construction and turnover package scheduler for new OXYChem Chlorine Plant construction in New Johnsonville, TN. Assisted Cost Analyst in PRISM as needed.

 

Schedule Analyst (July 2011 to December 2013) Construction and start-up scheduler for new FGD construction project at Ameren Power Plant in Newton, IL.

 

Schedule Analyst (November 2005 to July 2011) Scheduled resource loaded capital projects and O&M work to be performed by Washington Group and/or Detroit Edison labor at Detroit Edison's Power Plants during planned periodic outages / turn-arounds and tracked costs incurred by Washington Group under an alliance agreement. Also performed forced outage scheduling as needed. Tracked costs and prepared budgetary and bid package estimates. Projects ranged in size from $10K to $30 Million.

 

Casey Industrial, Inc.

Scheduler / Planner (March 2004 to November 2005) Scheduler for replacement of Electrostatic Precipitators at Cinergy power plant in Cayuga, Indiana. Planned and scheduled construction activities with Primavera SureTrak and coordinated with primary contractor. Managed cost data, skilled trades’ productivity data, prepared subcontractor bid packages and sourced subcontractors.

 

SG Construction Services-

Scheduler / Planner (April 2003 to January 2004) Member of the Construction Effectiveness program at General Motors Engine Plant in Tonawanda, New York. Planned and scheduled construction activities with Primavera P3e to support reorganization of the plant to accommodate installation of a new engine production line. Full utilization of the UAW skilled trades determined the workforce availability. Provided assistance with estimating.

 

Washington Group International -

Readiness / Scheduling Manager (August 2000 to February 2003) Ford Duratec Engine Plant Renovation in Cleveland, Ohio.  Directed the planning, scheduling and coordination of the Cleveland Engine Plant #1 facility shutdown and renovation schedule and the new equipment delivery and installation schedule using Primavera P3 for Ford’s Powertrain Division. Developed a schedule from the initial project plan with input from all disciplines that was resource loaded and sequenced to allow for time and space constraints. Project encompassed over $160 million in construction activities and installation of $600 million in equipment.

 

Field Support – Contract Employee (June 2000 – August 2000) - General Motors’ GMT800 shutdown and startup for a product conversion at the facilities located in Flint, MI. Planned a shutdown with Primavera Project Planner in which 1500 contractor employees replaced nearly the entire truck assembly line and brought it back into production in 4 weeks.

Also assisted with project planning and scheduling for the GMT560 shutdown and refurbishment program utilizing Primavera Project Planner at the General Motors Truck Plant in Flint, MI.

 

Whittman-Hart, Inc. - June 1999 to May 2000

Consultant for the Package Software Solutions group. Primarily assisted clients in the implementation of ERP software. Packages that were supported include J.D.Edwards One World, J.B.A. System 21 and Symix SyteLine.

Training included; J.D.Edwards One World Manufacturing Expedition, J.B.A. Active Modeler and Primavera P3 Project Planning.
